Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the pyjamas in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the items remain protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
